Brunch Buffets in Singapore
Whether you are a tourist and looking for things to do in Singapore, or if you are a local living in Singapore – the below selection will ensure that you have a memorable brunch in Singapore (and the places are still affordable).
1. La Brasserie – The Fullerton Bay Hotel
With spectacular views onto Marina Bay, La Brasserie offers one of the most delicious western brunches on the weekends. The 10 meter-high windows paired with classy looking interior, add to the charming ambiance for any special event (or just brunch). A must-do for anyone visiting Singapore (also a good escape from the heat!).
La Brasserie charms with a buffet brunch, supplemented with a finely curated menu. Favorites are truffle macaroni cheddar, roast beef, or simply salmon eggs Benedict. For more information, please visit: La Brasserie- Fullerton Bay Hotel
Saturdays: Starting at SGD68 for free-flow of non-alcoholic drinks (however, every brunch includes also a “DIY Bloody-Mary” station).
Sundays: Starting at SGD98 for free-flow of non-alcoholic drinks.
2. Dolce Vita – Mandarin Oriental
With a direct view onto Marina Bay Sands, the Italian restaurant Dolce Vita offers inside and outside seating right next to the Mandarin Oriental poolside. It is one of my favorite places to go for brunch in Singapore because it has this summery, chic, and relaxed holiday vibe.
Providing a mix of buffet brunch and an a-la-carte selection, Dolce Vita serves an authentic Italian cuisine with fresh produce and the finest seasonal ingredients. Some of my personal highlights are the handmade buffalo mozzarella from Naples and the roasted US prime beef.
Saturdays: Starting at SGD118 for free-flow of non-alcoholic drinks.
Sundays: Starting at SGD68 for free-flow of non-alcoholic drinks.

3. PS. Cafe – Dempsey Hill
As part of a larger chain, the PS. Cafe at Dempsey Hill is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Located close to Orchard Road, PS. Cafe is much more than a simple café. From the moment you step into the restaurant, you are captivated by the ambiance. The restaurant is an old colonial building located in the midst of Singapore’s jungle landscape. It has outside and inside seating options. The food is delicious and offers a variety of choices on it’s a-la-carte menu (the Profiteroles are a must try).

4. Panamericana – Sentosa Golf Club
Panamericana, located on the island of Sentosa, immediately sets you in a summer holiday vibe. With views onto the South China Sea and the Sentosa’s golf course, you can observe ships passing by while watching peacocks on the 18th hole.
With an a la carte brunch menu, Panamericana offers a range of dishes- from Quesadilla, to Pancakes, and Burgers.
